Your firm already runs Microsoft. Buy the software that assumes it.
Three products built natively on Dataverse — professional services automation, document generation, document management. They run in your tenant, under your Entra ID, administered by the team that already runs your Dynamics 365 environment. And every price is on this page.
Published prices. Your tenant. No forked code.
Three commitments that are unusual enough in this category to be worth stating plainly, because each one is checkable on the pages below rather than asserted here.
Priced in public
Every rate card is on the product page — licence, implementation, and what a change costs. We don't think a price is a negotiating position to be protected until a salesperson has qualified you. The number is the same for a five-person firm and a five-thousand-person one.
Nothing leaves your tenant
DocGen renders in your own Azure subscription. DMS reads your Dataverse and your SharePoint in place. PSA Hub is native Dataverse tables. There is no SSS-operated service holding a copy of your data — which is why our data-processing agreement opens by explaining that in normal operation we are not your processor at all.
One codebase, never a fork
Client variation is configuration — custom columns, navigation slots, documented API hooks — never a forked copy of the source. That constraint is the product: it is what lets one fix reach every customer instead of drifting across N branches nobody can afford to maintain.
Powerful platforms built for real business.
Each one replaces a specific, nameable thing: a compiled templating stack that bills $5,000 a change, a document grid that stops at 5,000 rows, a standalone PSA tool with a sync job pointed at your CRM.
PSA Hub
Projects, planning, timesheets, expenses, and invoicing in a single app. Built as a Power Apps code app — React and TypeScript over your Dataverse data — so it behaves like a modern web app instead of a stack of model-driven forms, while the platform still handles sign-in, DLP, and sharing.
Learn MoreDocGen
Generate branded PDFs straight from Dataverse — invoices, statements, and more. Templates are configuration, not compiled code, so a layout change ships without a release. Runs scale-to-zero in your own Azure subscription.
Learn MoreSSS DMS
The native document grid caps at 5,000 rows and enforces no folder structure, so files drift between Dataverse and SharePoint. SSS DMS reads both in one workspace, enforces the structure you define, and ships as a single managed solution — no Azure resources to provision. In development; early access is open.
Learn MoreTaking PSA Hub and DocGen together? Year 1 of DocGen is included and its €6,500 deployment fee is waived — the environment and Entra work happens once. See the worked example →

A small company in Sintra, deliberately.
Simple Smooth Safe is a Portuguese company building software products for firms that have already standardised on Microsoft. Not a body shop, and not a reseller: we build three products, maintain them, and support them.
Being small is why the prices are published. There is no sales organisation whose margin has to be protected by keeping a number off the page, and no quota that makes it worth selling you something that does not fit. When a product is wrong for a firm, saying so on the first call costs us nothing and saves everyone a quarter.
It is also why the constraints are real. One codebase and no forks is not a philosophy — it is the only way a company this size can keep a promise to maintain something for years. More about how we work and who you would be dealing with →
